This is the carousel that will house the new set of horses to be featured in the 4th Elemental Horses book. I still need to figure out what the 12th of the new set of horses is to be. I have rough ideas of the 11th horse. I feel the need to rework the design on the Yao(medicine) and tighten up the Wu(dance) horse. I'll draw in all the horses then.
