Kai Shing is the true leader, the true heart, the life energy of the carousel. He accepts and understands everyone as they are, he doesn't try to change anyone. He sees their special qualities and finds ways to let them know there is nothing to prove but to be the best of themselves with great purpose in a cohesive team.
Accepting people as they are is the hardest thing for everyone to do. Everyone has their own ideals for themselves and other people. We all fall short of the expectations of others and of ourselves all the time. Some people like to point out differences and shortcomings all the time. They never let it go, they rub it in. Learning to let go is the greatest challenge in our lives.

Are we in danger of loosing ourselves when we do?
